UV for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Reduction:

• 185 nm UV at a minimum dose of 90 mJ/cm2 creates powerful hydroxyl radicals that oxidize TOC compounds
• UV can be used together with DI and RO to reduce TOC to required levels of 1.0 ppb or less
