Mr. Noye joined Trojan Technologies in 1999, as the Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Improvement. Appointed to Trojan Executive team in 2001. Mr. Noye held executive roles in Customer Operations, European Management, Industrial Sales and Marketing. Mr. Noye currently holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Trojan.

Prior to 1999, Mr. Noye worked as an executive in financial services industry. Mr. Noye is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Noye has held numerous senior roles within local volunteer organizations including: Women's Community House, Meals on Wheels London and Ailsa Craig Foodbank and Thrift Store.
