Jeffrey S. Kafka
Mr. Kafka has acted as an advisor to Trojan Technologies since 1983, and joined the staff as General Counsel in 2000. In addition to providing legal support to the company, Mr. Kafka has held leadership positions in the customer service department and led several special company projects.
Prior to joining Trojan, Mr. Kafka practiced corporate and securities law, was a partner in a Canadian national law firm, and was a senior vice-president with a computer software company.
Mr. Kafka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Laws degree. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
